Help with broken part

I have a 2021 Model Y 7 seater. The piece that is in my trunk that sort of acts like a bottom trunk cover is completely broken. It’s the part that makes you have a flat across trunk floor. Like if I didn’t have it, I’d have a big opening to that lower trunk space hole. Anyone know how I order this part? Or get it replaced? I don’t even know what to google to find it to buy it. Appreciate any help or tips anyone has. Thanks in advance.

Thank you! I found the part, but then on the Tesla app it’s not there. Long story short, I called Tesla support and they said they couldn’t help me and to go to a service center and show them the part. Thank you both for taking the time to reply.

TRUNK LOAD FLOOR - FRONT 1492951-00-C TRUNK LOAD FLOOR - REAR 1492949-00-C It’s under interior trim and Trunk Carpet and Side Finishers. I chose a NA 20-25 model without 7 seats for those numbers. You can order it from the web page linked by another post. I’ve not had much luck ordering from the app unless I’m also scheduling service. Alternatively, eBay usually has them used from a parts car.

Thank you! I actually went to a service center yesterday and they don’t make the part that’s broken in my car. They have the revised part, which doesn’t sit at the exact level with the two back seats. It sits about two inches lower. I’ll try eBay to see if I can find it.
