Sentry mode clips in IPhone App

Hey, for those that view sentry mode activity specifically on your smart phone (not on the car screen)… when you try to watch the clips in the Tesla app on your phone, does it buffer for DAYS like it does for me? Also, when I try to download one of the sentry clips to my iphone camera roll, download speeds are excruciating slow… I have tried this over WiFi and 5G on my iPhone… no clear fix. Any thoughts????? Thanks, crew!

It’s hit and miss for me. Sometimes it will be instantaneous and sometimes it will buffer for a while. If you download clips via the app on your phone the quality will be very bad, like 480p pixelated videos. The only way to get the full resolution clips is to copy them from the USB stick.

No it’s pretty good for me unless me or my car are in a bad WiFi/cellular coverage area. When am home with a strong WiFi, it streams fast and with no buffering.
