Does this look like a large gap ?

Picked up my MY two weeks back. Reported the gap to Tesla, they worked on it two days but still came back with the same gap. Should I still pursue this with them ?

You can bring it to Service Center, they will claim it’s within spec. My advice . If you catch gaps on inspection, refuse car or you will just have to live with it. There’s no guarantee shops will fix this for you, despite what the advisors tell you on pickup.

In their talk, gap is the measurement between 2 body panels. IF you want the protruding panel fixed, you need to complain about flushness. They have a spec for both. Yours looks like its in spec to me.

It’s a car, just drive it. Water isn’t getting in

Leave it like it is, service centers typically mess things up worse than just leaving it. Plus, the car will be worth half its value in 2 years with or without them fixing it.
