Whoa, that’s the actual picture of the car. Pretty cool. And CPO, that seems like a fair deal 👍

shivo33 2026-03-09 03:56

Yes

regmeyster 2026-03-09 03:58

Might be able to find a 2024 for just a bit more and has HW4. I bought a 24 MYP last April with 17k miles for $36k.

Joe_Immortan 2026-03-09 04:13

Yes if HW4

berserk-bear 2026-03-09 04:17

Dang that 50% depreciation only 3 years. A new one out the door, no fsd or taxes is 59k

iguessma 2026-03-09 06:50

This car is not worth 60k. This is insane lol

ilaqirat 2026-03-09 13:39

If it’s HW4, then yes! Snag it!!

mongolian_horsecock 2026-03-09 15:20

Any other car with a similar performance would cost you way more

iguessma 2026-03-09 15:21

Yeah except you don't need performance for a car to function you can spend half your money on a Honda Civic and drive that car into the ground Because you're never going to make up the price gap of that $30,000 in EV savings

NoemMeThijs 2026-03-09 15:29

Depends, I bought a brand new m3p 2025. For 62k. I know its a lot of money, I know I will never make it back. But life is not only about saving money. Life is about living. Can't take that 62k into the grave. Rather have some fun that count every penny I have.

scientist99 2026-03-09 15:34

I don't think that was the original argument..

iguessma 2026-03-09 15:39

Different topic completely. But in a world Where most people don't have savings, complain about rich people, and don't have retirement funds Splurging 30k on superficial "fun" isn't an option.

Electronic-Bionic23 2026-03-09 15:40

No. I too have been shopping around for similar models and have seen some going for ~3k more with less miles and better estimated range. I’d wait til the end of the month when prices drop even lower. if you can snag for under $30k though, I’d go for it!

Remarkable_Log_5562 2026-03-09 16:26

Yup. Just sold my 2023 grey on white MYP with 30k miles for 29.5k to a dealer. Wanted 31 private buyer but had to sell quickly

Remarkable_Log_5562 2026-03-09 16:26

Some 23 have hw4 (made after may/june 2023)

MartMXFL 2026-03-09 17:03

But do you want ladies say: "Ooooooohhhh.....he drives a Tesla!" or: "Eww, he drives a Civic."

EitherCharacter9342 2026-03-09 18:44

If it has HW4 then yes if it has HW3 No

PureMud8950 2026-03-09 18:48

How can you check if it’s a HW4 and sorry what does this even mean? I see this comment all the time.

alman12345 2026-03-09 22:03

Say that again after the summer of $150/barrel oil, brought to you by The White House.

Techav20 2026-03-09 22:08

For 25k yes

FrozenBananaMan 2026-03-09 23:03

Hardware 4 has higher resolution cameras that also are slightly wider FOV and handle glare/night time better. Also HW4 has slightly stronger computational power for FSD . Biggeat reasons to care for day to day use is sharper camera views when using them and most importantly slight more future-proofed update support

Some-Influence630 2026-03-10 00:27

HW4 2023’s have a Fremont vin ending in F789500 and Austin vin ending in A131200. If it’s HW4 then that’s a good deal.

RamboTrucker 2026-03-10 00:38

Aren’t HW4 camera red eye too?

Some-Influence630 2026-03-10 00:58

That I’m not sure of. They’re definitely clearer that’s for sure

stylz168 2026-03-10 01:17

They have a red ring around the lens that is clearly visible if you see the car in person.

KansasKing107 2026-03-10 04:13

It’s supply and demand. There are a ton of performance Ys and while extremely fast, it’s a sterile driving experience. Plus, range is a major downside to used performance models.

Aaronsnotkaren 2026-03-10 08:55

That’s a steal

worldtraveladdict 2026-03-10 15:52

That’s definitely Hw3. I have a 2024 with HW3

Tomstroyer 2026-03-10 16:50

I have a 2023 with hw4 cameras pick up July 1st 2023

joey_1011 2026-03-10 16:51

This one is not hardware 4 so not worth it.

CommercialAnt2573 2026-03-10 16:52

That's not how that works. I have a 2023 Model Y with HW4. Austin switched over to HW4 in mid 2023, and Fremont switched over to HW4 in may 2023.

OptimizeWithAPassion 2026-03-10 22:41

If you charge to the daily limit (80%) you have 200 miles of range, of that the last 20 miles isn’t really usable because you have to plan to get to a charger.. if 160-180 miles of range is all you need, go ahead. At least most of the battery degradation is already done.

Kirk-Kobain 2026-03-11 01:54

Yes!

98_dev 2026-03-13 22:54

I am also in search of a 24 model 3 or 23 model y right now as they are similar prices. I wish there were more private sellers out there
