Interior Color Feedback

I’m planing to buy a Performance Model Y and leaning towards the Diamond Black exterior. I initially thought to go with the black interior (that’s what I have in my current Tesla) but I’m starting to think the white interior adds a little pop to all the black and makes it a little sportier. FWIW I plan to tint the windows and add mud flaps to frame the 21” wheels better. What are your thoughts on white vs black interior?

I have black seats, wife has white. My next one will have white seats.

Black on black is a little too black for me. I agree with you. The white will look especially good behind tinted windows.

If it’s the juniper 2026, the white seats are a bitch to clean ( see posts ) with the new perforations. Can never regret black interior. Just keep it simple and looks clean always .

Yes it is the juniper 2026 version. I didn’t realize the perforations were an issue. I’ll have to research that now.

My thoughts are that for there being literally only 2 color options that this is discussed entirely too frequently on this sub, so search the sub

I ordered a black MYP with white seats due at end of this month. Last week I was looking at one in person that’s used as a test car and it was so dirty but more concerning the edge of the seat where you slide in and out of the car was showing much more noticeably physical wear and tear. The kind of stuff you can’t wipe off. I edited to dark interior before VIN was assigned solely from that.

Mine is a bit dirty after 2 years, i always wear black jeans but honestly i dont care about them being dirty. Only the drivers seat is “stained”. Rest of the seats are fine.

Can confirm it's a pain to clean. BUT the white with the new black headliner looks so so good.

Had black, no issues. I’m a week into white. Don’t foresee issues but who knows! It sure looks sharp as hell

I have the white seats in juniper. Never been a problem. I put ceramic shield on them 2-3 times a year.... I also keep baby wipes in the car for spot wiping. Its fine with the perforated seats. Thats all the "extra" work i do.... But i would do all this even if i had black seats.
