T logo goes out when plugging in

Has anyone experienced a fault where the T logo under the charger flap goes out instead of blue when plugging in? This happens intermittently at both my home and work charger, so that rules out the charger. Just tonight it happened again, but I moved the car out of the driveway and back in to reposition it and it started working again. This has been happening for a few weeks now, maybe on 40% of the times I plug in. Booked in to the service centre later this month.

Green LED is still bueno, it doesn’t charge when the light goes out after plugging in. It’s working again now after I moved the car out of driveway and back in. This happens every couple of days.

Hard reset the charger. Level 2 Switch the breaker off for 60 seconds. Level 1 unplug for 60 seconds. Make it’s not connected to the car.

Tried that, didn’t resolve the issue. The issue also occurs at more than one charger. If my car wouldn’t charge, the next person to use the charger could charge perfectly fine without resetting it. I didn’t reset the home charger last night either, just turned the car around. It’s as if putting the car into drive is enough to fix it… sometimes

Sure seems like an intermittent issue with the car. Just wait for service center. You can shine a light inside the pins on the car to see if there's anything odd. Even use the blower end of a wet vac. The only time the charger light isn't on when the car is plugged in is when the car is locked and it doesn't sense any phone key nearby it.
