2024 Model Y still stuck in FSD V13

Please advise on how I can get my 2024 Model Y to get the latest V14 FSD * 2024 Feb production date. Software (2026.2.3) up to date. Still stuck on V13 * HW4 verified * Currently subscribed to FSD monthly plan * Good WIFI signal where the car is parked * Already tried scroll wheel reboot multiple times * Software update set to advanced * The other model Y in the family (2023 Nov production date, no FSD subscription) has V14 FSD * Service center said that there is nothing they can do

HW3 does not have version 13 derrrr. HW3 was not on Model Y in 2024 Production Year.

When did you sub? Typically when your not sub'd to FSD you get put on the latest software branch which is typically has the stable version of v13 in the background. Once sub'd and a new version of FSD on a new branch is released you will get pulled into v14 with it. You will sit on v13 til that happens though(I've been on the previous version for almost a full month because of when I cancelled FSD and resumed it). I assume you will get the 2026.2.9 if it ends up going wide.

Thanks for your feedback. I had a hunch that might be the case. I sub’ed about 3 weeks ago and was hoping that they would check my fsd version when I sub’ed.
