AWD is a waste of money unless you are in the mountains or snow all the time. Actually no the RWD is way more than enough for even that This is coming from someone who owned an AWD lol Plus if you use FSD which makes the driving experience life changing, you will never miss AWD

I bought the taptes mats off eBay. They’re knockoffs of 3D max spider mats, which is probably why they were kicked from Amazon.

Oh man, you're going to love it. I just went from a Toyota Rav4 Prime to a Model Y AWD Premium and couldn't be happier. And before the Rav I had a Subaru Forester. The Subaru was awesome and I took it everywhere, desert, snow, mountains, trails that were designated 4-wheel drive vehicles only, 3000 mile cross country trips, and it didn't even break a sweat. But I no longer need that type of vehicle, I need something to make my 2 to 3 hour a day commute tolerable. In just the one week I've had it, full self driving has already made my daily grind infinitely less stressful. And with Tesla's supercharging network, I'm not worried if I want to do another 3000 mile road trip. With FSD I might actually get to look out the window and enjoy the sights as I drive! Oh, and absolutely tint the front windows to match the rear ones. And the rear ones aren't tinted for UV rejection, it's just privacy shading so you may want to put some clear UV-shielding tint on those.

I bought floor mats already but won't take delivery until Mar 11. Can't wait!

Out of curiosity, why not wait 2 more weeks and see if Tesla sweetens the deal? Don’t they usually do that at the end of a quarter to boost sales?
