My Tesla was hit on parking lot by another person. His Insurance company has given a quote with Non-OEM part. My Tesla is almost new. should I go to court ?

Demand OEM parts to bring your car back to exact factory specs. They can screw around anyway they want either their insured customer with using cheap parts, but you’re not their customer and they need to bring your car back to spec.

If your own insurance is already involved, work through them. Part of their job is to advocate for you and deal with the other party's insurance company.
