Whirring sound while driving

Last week my 2021 MY suddenly was making a “whirring” sound while driving specifically over 50mph, now it’s most of the time. It is definitely coming from outside the vehicle. Incidentally, my truck also won’t latch on its own but that’s been going on for maybe a month. Any ideas? I live 3 hours from a service center so any help is appreciated.
