When will I get the newest FSD update on my New 2026 MY.

I purchased a new 2026 Model Y Premium a couple of days ago. I still have the older FSD software **v13.2.9.** However, my little sister got the same car but the standard tier 2 weeks ago. The Tesla store did the update for her when she went to pick it up. It caused her to wait 4 hours. She has the **v14.2.2.5.** It has arrival parking options. I would like it too. Do I have to drive back to the Tesla store to get it updated? If not, how / when will I get the update?

When your number comes up is the answer. When I bought my Y I got an update two days later. Some wait a month or more.

Expect it to take 4-6 weeks to get the first software update.

Adding, you do have your Tesla connected to WiFi, right? That’s how it downloads updates

I’m right there with you they even said when I picked it up weird all the other cards have V14 lol. But I’ve asked service and others to push and update. Just gotta wait

Picked up my car Feb 7th, still on V13. Ridiculous.

Yes I have Starlink wifi in my house since I live in the sticks. I’m wondering is Starlink isn’t strong enough. I can’t park in my garage so I’m parked in my driveway but that is like only 25 or so feet from my front door.

😒 patience is what I’m lacking right now haha! I hate parking lol

As long as your Tesla can connect to it, you’re good.
