Doesn't look like just the bumper, but also the rear quarter panel

Was going to say the same thing. Bumper is easy. Buy a color match bumper and diy. Quarter panel is different

Bumper is plastic, which is fairly inexpensive to replace which is why they went that route. The quarter panel is what is going to be pricey

I just got an estimate for a very similar scrape. Yours is about 25% more surface area than mine. In Seattle, ~$2,500 Edit: on second look you also have metal panel damage. Mine was isolated to the bumper; Im sure that’ll play a meaningful factor in cost

Some auto body shops near me offer virtual estimates. Find an auto body shop near you that offers this and get an estimate.

Im scared rates will go up wont take this route unless they say it remains same

Hit and run no footage caught

It's gonna be more the just the bumper. The quarter panel & I see damage to the wheel as well, so components in the suspension could be damaged as well. 10k  +
