You’ve got to give a lot more info about location and financial situation. What I’ll say is a Tesla is something else and beyond just an EV. It’s a disrupter like how an iPhone was to cell phones.
You buy Tesla for FSD, if you’re not even remotely interested in it, just go with something else. You only get Traffic Aware Cruise Control for free which sucks, maybe others could offer lane centering as well. The only reason to own tesla these days would be FSD and maybe accessories market. But that’s about it.
This is not as complicated as you think. Test drive some cars
Speak for yourself. I wouldn't buy any other EV for several reasons, and FSD isn't one of them.
So what are the reasons? Because the only deal breaker for me would be FSD as there's literally no alternative. I can live with any other drawbacks.
Seamless integration with the nation’s largest DC fast charger network is a pretty big one… I also like the minimalist design and unmatched software integration that Tesla does better than anyone else. Even when I had FSD I rarely ever used it. Long road trips is about it.
This is my exact reason of choosing tesla as well. Tesla supercharger network, Great software and clean minimalist design although i would have liked a factory installed heads up display.
With how tech focused Tesla is, it’s kind of shocking a HUD wasn’t implemented. I don’t mind having to look at the screen for my speed, but having it on the windshield would be a lot more user friendly.
