Paid charging unavailable issue

Got our new (used) Model Y today and took it to our nearest supercharger. We haven’t had the car move over on the app yet but they had a way to pay with card. However I plugged it in, it charged, and then that was it. But now we have a message to say paid charging unavailable - check unpaid balance Am I right to assume that has gone to the previous keepers app? And if so is there a way for me to sort this out and pay it. Is via a work scheme so not like I can contact an old owner. Maybe the fleet who delivered it ? I’m not sure

Add a payment option in the app. Problem solved?
