Vibration on new tires

Terrible_Ad_1319 | 2026-02-25 18:58 | 2 views

I just got a new set of tires (Pilot sport all season 4) on my 21 MYLR, replacing the OEM’s that it came with. I have noticed that at highway speeds I hear a vibration? I can feel it in the floorboards and can just hear it, it also sounds like it goes in a circle. Almost like when the wheels hit a certain point it makes the noise… any one have this issue or have any idea what it could be??? just new tire noise?? and yes they are balanced, and yes i’ve had my alignment looked it and nothing is wrong. Thanks in advance!!!

Is there snow or ice build up inside the wheel or rim? That can cause vibration and rumbling.

They might not be properly balanced, that’s what it sounds like. Just because someone said they are balanced doesn’t mean they are perfectly balanced. They might need to try again. I would bring it back to the tire place

Sounds like a balancing problem. Maybe their machine is off. I work at a shop too and used to take my cars somewhere else because our machine wasn't spot on (fleet people don't care). You could try somewhere else if you want it done right.

Then maybe it’s something with the control arms? I’ve heard those needing to be replaced for that year? It’s hard to say from just a written description.
