Is it true that when we send a bug report manually or automatically after a disengage that the report data is only stored in the car and not shared with Tesla HQ?

Verbal reports triggered by FSD disengagement are sent to Tesla’s FSD team. The “bug report” snapshots you can do manually via voice, outside of FSD, are only stored in the car and might be pulled if you open a service call and they choose to look at it.
