Nah it just means they don’t have an active card on file for supercharging or somehow have a balance they didn’t pay. (Idk how that would work) but regardless it’s not something to worry about

Our Model 3 said this the second I removed my data from it before selling it.  There's just no card on file to allow Supercharger use.
