Looking at this used 2026 model y, should I be worried about this error?

Nah it just means they don’t have an active card on file for supercharging or somehow have a balance they didn’t pay. (Idk how that would work) but regardless it’s not something to worry about

Previous owner probably at fault.

Previous owner needs to pay the charging balance

Our Model 3 said this the second I removed my data from it before selling it.  There's just no card on file to allow Supercharger use.
