Weird interior temp?

Impressive_Peak_5772 | 2026-02-24 19:37 | 5 views

I searched and mostly found stuff for cabin overheat. Currently on a ski trip with outside Temps at 20 degrees. However my car is showing 75 degrees and I noticed it said 65 which is what caught my eye. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Depends. If it’s receiving solar radiation, it’ll warm the inside of the car. Normal. Particularly with the glass roof, amirite? Or, if you’ve set the Keep function, that would be normal because you’ve asked it to keep the temperatures. Maybe you could describe what heating settings you have and whether it’s in direct sun.

Thanks for asking. I noticed earlier in the morning it said 65 when it was like 20 deg outside. And an hour later it was 75. This was all on the app I noticed it

It wasn’t directly in the sun. It was also pretty cloudy. I didn’t have the keep function on. I thought about the solar radiation but I figured I’d notice it when my car is parked at work and the cabin temp doesn’t get that high in the winter, so i figured there might be a sensor issue.

It was 28 f a couple days ago, but very sunny. Inside of the car was 98 f. And it really was that warm when I got in.
