Not at all. What error messages are you seeing? And, more importantly, I suppose: have you reached out to Service? Private shop? What’s been done so far?

I created service request and they sent me $2900 estimates

That’s the worst case cost. If it’s still under warranty, I’d have them address it.

That sucks. Time to decide how important it is to you. The estimate is generally on the high end. Sometimes, they come in cheaper. For example, it might be a disconnected harness… or it could be a damaged harness, which is…um…more expensive.
