Frunk sensor error for the 3rd time in 2 months

I have had a frunk sensor error for the third time in two months, and I’m getting pretty tired of it. What can I do? Tesla replaced the sensor under warranty the first two times, and will probably do so again this time. I just don’t think this is the solution. Do you have any suggestions?

Try a different service center.

I've tried Service center and Ranger. Same solution.

I had to have mine replaced last month, the tech said they changed the design slightly. So hopefully the new design does not have the problem. He said he has yet to have to replace any on cars with the new design and he has replaced tons with the old design. But yea the fact that it basically completely disables the car (as far as driving anyways) and you can't like simply electrically bypass it. (since it's little computer in itself that talks to the car over can bus) it's a royal pain when it breaks.

Yes, that's what I've been told.

The first time I could actually drive, but with an annoying alert. These last two times I’ve only been able to drive 24kmh. I guess I got the new one the last two times, but I’m just unlucky 😅

Yea mine was weird like that too, at first I could still drive full speed with the very annoying alert. But then later I swear the car was limiting my speed. Not sure though, as after I got home when it first happened I didn't drive the car till mobile service came and fixed it. Mine is a 2024 MY
