When I was in Colorado last month there were several teslas with Audi badges.

Wow, Audi's made a direct rip on a model Y.

We had a huge problem with Tesla’s being vandalized last year. I don’t think doing this helped any, but that’s when people started doing it.

I never understood the mentality of vandalizing Teslas. You don’t like the CEO, so you damage innocent customers' cars for them to pay Tesla to fix it, making the CEO wealthier.… lol

Completely agree with you. Counter argument may be that higher likelihood of vandalism to your future car and potential higher insurance costs may dissuade potential buyers. But at the end of the day, Tesla as a company has recovered since, so the effects were negligible.

The people who vandalize Teslas are dumb enough to believe that's an Audi.
