2022 MY Soft Creaking Noise When Reversing & Turning

I have a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD and recently noticed a soft creaking sound when I reverse and turn the steering wheel. Details: • Happens mostly when backing up and turning (especially at low speed) • Sounds like a light creak or rubbing noise • Not a loud clunk or grinding • Comes and goes • More noticeable at night Steering feels normal and there are no warning messages. It doesn’t seem to happen when driving straight, mainly when turning while reversing. Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be steering column related, upper control arm, or something else common on Model Y?
