lol, quality is the main reason I’m holding off on considering a Rivian. They are way behind Tesla and there’s many data points which prove it.

That what I thought also. I even call him out on it why would he admit to a potential customer that your competitor build better quality car than your company. He keep on telling me Tesla had better charging station network. I told him charging station not going to be a selling point for me to put down a deposit after hearing people having suspension issue with the car after certain xx mile

You can tell this person that Consumer Reports says his company is better build quality than Rivian. Or every car maker is better than Rivian. How stupid about the better charging network. Rivians charge in the stall next to Teslas, next to Nissans, next to Hyundais. . .
