I decided to get YouTube premium because I watch a lot of YouTube.

YouTube music was an added bonus. But it's really annoying. It stops playing soon after I get in and start driving. And the shuffle button is a joke. I could tap it multiple times and keeps going to the same songs. I know it's minor annoyances but ffs really?

It's a Tesla problem the built in Spotify app does the same thing for me if you Bluetooth from your phone it won't. The reason it kicks off is because when you leave your house your cars connected to Wi-Fi and then switches to cellular that short loss makes it all stop. Spotify also plays the same stuff over and over

yeah shuffle is completely broken on tesla's youtube. the stop playing thing is probably cuz wifi disconnected, it bugs out after the connection switch, it's annoying.

Agree with YT Premium you can download the song to your phone (avoiding mobile data) and play off YT Music. The issue I have with YT Music off Tesla app is no support for 2ndary or brand accounts. But 1st world problems... above solution is far better.

The audio quality using the inbuilt app is way better than using it via Bluetooth imho.
