Highly annoying function of 2025.45.9.x

Be happy it's following the Nav at all. When FSD hit v14 it seeming became disassociated from the Nav system was often taking random routes. It had done that in the past, but the number of times and severity has been getting worse.

That’s treating. I haven’t seen that behavior unless it’s caught up in the auto reroute disaster.

These weren't rerouting...this was blatantly turning left instead of right out of a driveway...sometimes it would drive a few miles to then turnaround. It happened every so often before 14, but the bad behavior accelerated drastically since then. I'm talking routes where the wrong turn had no realistic route to the destination. Several times it was on routes the car had done dozens of times before.

Navigation routing is one of the biggest issues they need to get a better handle on. Especially keeping up with new road openings. Have some highway overpasses that have been open for a year and it still doesn’t understand them.

I can understand some of that...although the maps seem to be fairly up-to-date through Google. I can't understand ignoring other routes. Sometimes I think the car gets fooled because the car mistakes left for right because of map orientation selected (north top vs route direction), but that's just a guess. Anyway, routing is one thing, not following the routing that is being displayed has become worse for us.
