Tesla Order 19.01

Can’t really give a definite answer myself. This a question for the delivery team. They’ll be able to identify whether your Model Y has the black headliner or not. I’m going through a new order as well and they were able to verify for me.

Should be able to look at the details in the app and see what you’re getting. If it says all black premium interior you have the black headliner

It says all black, but in the configuration was a grey headliner when I ordered.🤔

No it‘s still in production (no VIN)

Then I am pretty sure the upgraded screen and the fabric on the ceiling is black. My car is on its way on a freighter and left the factory mid january with these upgrades. Have you received the final invoice yet?

Thank you for your help! I only have the invoice for the reservation and neither the registration documents nor a VIN yet. The car is supposed to be delivered between February 17th and 25th. Since I live in Germany and the car probably comes from Berlin, the rest could move relatively quickly. When did you order the car?

It will be interesting to see what happens. I ordered 1/30 and am in Canada. We get this car from Berlin. I assume if they deliver to you black headliner then Canada should get the same at this point.

I called Tesla and they told me i will get a black headliner because my car is not produced yet. Good luck for your order!✌🏼

Ordered on January 19th and delivered on February 25th, that's great! In France, I ordered on February 5th, delivery late May/early June

I think it‘s way faster because they car is prodused like 4 hours away from me.

Yes, that's for sure, but France isn't as far away as Canada 😂

ordered 19.01. to be delivered 27th Feb. 826xxx VIN. confirmed black headliner and 16 screen.

If you don’t have a VIN yet, the car still has to be built. Those will all have the black headliner and new screen (according to my Tesla sales rep). I ordered premium AWD in ultra red on Jan 22nd, still no VIN.

Hab im Dezember in Österreich bestellt. Lieferung hat sich mehrmals verschoben Als ich nachgefragt habe warum es sich immer wieder verzögert wurde mir gesagt dass alle nicht ausgelieferten premium Modelle aufgerüstet werden mit dem schwarzem Himmel und dem 16zoll Bildschirm Warte jedoch immer noch aufs Fahrzeug

Blöd das es so lange dauert aber ich würde mich freuen das Tesla so “nett“ handelt.

Ja bin von Anfang Februar jetzt schon auf Ende März. Habe aber noch keine Papiere vom Fahrzeug bekommen also kann es sein dass sich dieser erneut verschiebt. Bin aber trotzdem froh da ich im Jänner schonmal gefragt habe ob ich den schwarzen Himmel bekomme und sie dann meinten ich müsste neu bestellen und dann fielen auch die 2400 Euro Tesla Bonus weg.

What’s so cool about the black healiner anyway? I like the lighter color much more

For my taste, it’s simply more harmonious with the rest of the car… everything is black, but then a grey headliner is not perfect for me. Of course, it’s a matter of personal preference! 🤷🏼‍♂️
