2022 Model Y charging issues

Hi fellow Model Y owners! I have a 2022 model y that I charge with a myenergi zappi glo charger. It is already installed at the properly and I can’t change it unfortunately. I have, over the last 2 months or so, been getting an issue when plugging in to charge, but he port keeps clicking as though it is having trouble latching and the port flashes amber and I get a charge port latch not engaged error. Although when I try to pull it out, the latch is in fact engaged and locking the charger into the port. I have noticed that if I push in, when it is clicking to try to keep locking the port, if I try to pull the charger back out and hold, it does turn blue and then no error. Obviously though I would prefer this sorted, so anyone know… is this a car/port issue or an issue with the charger? Extra info - I am in England. I have tried the basic steps like turning off charger from breaker, resetting the car by pressing the 2 wheels on steering wheel, checked port and charger for debris etc and all the usual expected checks. Please can someone help as it is starting to drive me mad!!!
