Spotify won't play music suddenly

On Tuesday afternoon suddenly spotify would not play my liked songs or any playlists I chose. It would however play podcasts and not just podcasts I have downloaded or played before. I know I have internet connection, but music will not play at all. Yes, I have a paid for Spotify subscription. Anyone experience this before?

Check the player on your phone. Sometimes it won't play on another device when one device is already playing. Not sure what triggers it but once in a while the phone and the Tesla seem to be fighting for who is the legitimately authorized player for that moment. Worth a try... Kill the spotify app on your phone and try again.
