Splashing sound while “warming up”

antimagamagma | 2026-02-07 18:28 | 16 views

juniper w 3000 miles in snowy northeast US attached garage makes a splashing sound from the mid rear undercarriage area while fans run as climate or starting charging. It’s been super cold and dry with bare pavement for a week and I’m noticing this sound today. Is there a known issue? my 2024 doesn’t make this noise ever (same garage etc)

Could potentially be low on coolant. I know there was a thing with some older Ys that didn’t get fully filled from the factory but I haven’t seen anything like that for the junipers.

Is it the heat pump waking up? My 2022 makes a gurgle when the heat pump activates

I’ll enter a service ticket and review the known issues list that pops up
