2023 Model Y – No OBD port near pedals + trunk 12V outlet not working? Is this normal?

Hey everyone, I have a 2023 Model Y Long Range HW4 and I ran into two things that left me a bit confused. First, I can’t find an OBD port anywhere near the pedals or under the dash. I checked carefully and it just doesn’t seem to be there. Is this normal on newer Model Y versions? Does Tesla remove it completely or relocate it somewhere else? Second issue: the 12V “cigarette lighter” outlet in the trunk isn’t getting any power. I tested the same LED strip in the center console outlet and it works fine, but the rear one seems completely dead. I tried with the car in Drive and also while sitting inside with the screen on, but no luck. Is this something simple like a setting (Camp Mode or something?) or could it be a fuse? And if it needs service, does Tesla typically charge to fix something like this, or would it be covered under warranty? Appreciate any insight from you guys. If the car is still under the main warranty Tesla will fix the trunk outlet. There are two points to fit an odb port in a Tesla. One is under the rear center console. And the other is in the passenger footwell behind the plastic wall panel. The one in the bottom portion of the center console is easier to access. 2023 July MYLR HW4 build, also having rear power outlet intermittently working issues. Several others have reported noticing it after the update that returned "accessory power always on" option was added to the vehicle. I had made a mobile appointment which resulted in them replacing the outlet. Once that failed the ticket was sent to the service center. My appointment is coming up on Monday and they are estimating 2-3 days to diagnose. When my rear port works, it usually does so for a day or two. It's been a week since I last had power to it.

just want to point this out, any hw4 2023 model y should have 16v low voltage battery not 12v, the chance is slim but i’m gonna say it anyway, maybe the things you plugged won’t work because it was made to run 12v and by plugging it to the port it detected overvoltage? i had this issue with my air pump, because the output is 15v it acted as if it is overvoltage and it refuses to run

"This is a known problem and we don't have a fix at this time, we can try to diagnose your car but it may take 3 days for us to say we are not able to fix it until a software update is available" Basically hurry up and wait.
