If I lift my MYP from the lifting point is there any way that this can damage the subframe? is a limit to how high you can lift with a jack from a single point?

Generally you only want to lift far enough to raise the tire off the ground. Make sure you’re using Tesla specific lifting pads and use proper support. Don’t rely on the Jack to keep the car lifted.
