Very nice picture. As for the car itself, lightbars never really hit for me, i much prefer the 3's taillight design. I can't think of any cars that imo pull off the lightbar except the Porche 911

The loicense plate is a government cattle tag. I appreciate that it’s as out of the way as it’s legally allowed to be—it has nothing to do with the design and serves purely as a blemish.

I saw one of these monstrosities today that was taking the parking spot I was leaving, the headlights are so bright it's honestly hard to tell the turn signal was even on.

Really? This is a photo that overemphasises the rear end of a car that at the best of times has a big rear end. The bridges are obscured by the car, and appear to come out of the windscreen, the normally incredible looking Tesla red looking muted with no detail. Lots of negative space at the top and bottom of the image, with everything sitting in the center too. I don't get it, IMHO I see a poor photo that makes the new Y look even more ungainly than it usually looks (and I own one!). Apologies to the OP, just my opinion.

You’d be surprised. I posted a clip of someone keying a rental I was in and had the person license plate number. The internet folks ran the whole CARFAX and had all the information listed for me in a few hours lol. If someone on the internet wants to find you, they will, and having your plate number posted publicly makes that easier.

Usually just ignore these many posts of pics of peoples car but actually thought this was one looked cool, so you can have my upvote.

It’s still an *incorrect* assumption made about *everyone* that is buying/already bought a Tesla, that we now need to think about. It doesn’t make what I said any more incorrect itself. I’m not putting a stupid fucking “anti Elon Tesla Club” sticker on my car in hopes that some asshole won’t key my car or harass me. I’m also not going to make it easier for those loons by photographing my license plate and appearances of my car next to a landmark.

Just so you know regenerative breaking is the #1 reason why these cars fail to STOP and wined up crashing causung serious Injury or Death
