I refuse to test drive this car because nothing good will come from it. Currently driving a 2023 MY

VentriTV 2025-02-21 00:00

Same, I don’t want to test drive it right now, I’m in my current Y for another 2.5 years.

dreamcastdc 2025-02-21 00:59

Yeah I won’t test drive it too, the ride quality will probably be better than my Model Y 2022 LR.

The downvotes here are hilarious. Almost like there’s a hoard of bots downvoting in these threads these days.

Shygar 2025-02-21 01:45

Yes that's the one way to buy it

Mundane_Engineer_550 2025-02-21 02:09

Buyers remorse hitting you like a full size truck I see 😂

PeterLegend626 2025-02-21 02:14

The only model id be interested in driving is the performance model, probably summer time at the earliest

apple4lifex 2025-02-21 02:36

Same lol.

Have an appt setup for Sunday Morning in Hollywood, just curious to see what all the hubub is about Still happy with the OG MY

lastlaugh100 2025-02-21 06:34

Happiness is directly proportional to road quality where you drive

SnooPeppers3755 2025-02-21 08:03

I've driven every model tesla, My favorite is my friends 18' M3P with 200k miles, that car is like a go kart, But I like the extra space and ease of entry in the MY, the new Highland M3 was also quite nice

1960vegan 2025-02-21 11:28

I got a test drive invite in FL; tried to sign up, but all slots were booked.

lamgineer 2025-02-21 17:55

Curiously what is the degradation for your friend’s M3P battery pack if it is still the original?

SnooPeppers3755 2025-02-21 18:20

Original pack yes I can't say for certain what the deg is on his pak, as he hasn't mentioned any issues, it's his daily driver We have free L2 charging at work, and he keeps it plugged in at home, so not much fast charging for either of us Only maintenance has been the usual air filters, tires, (wheels so many potholes in LA-CA), and a 12v battery replacement

Supremesaiyajin 2025-02-21 18:44

Wise move!

Harryhodl 2025-02-21 19:04

That’s a good sign!

Every_Tap8117 2025-02-21 19:22

Dont all rush out, there will be PLENTY to chose from.

DiagCarFix 2025-02-23 18:49

ppl still paying off their over inflated MY for at least 5-6yrs

SnooPeppers3755 2025-02-23 20:52

Ok, back from driving Juniper today \* It is a a nice step, but not a giant leap from the 20MY, a couple just before my test had the same comments, not a big change from their 24MY \* Suspension is squishy but not overly so \* Road noise is improved, again not a lot but noticeable \* Perforated Cooling seats are great, they have a more narrow back which holds you nice for cornering, the base is more firm than 20MY \* The Big improvement was obviously FSD, this is what FSD should be, so precise and tight, loved that \* There was quite a bit of coil whine from the motors, not silent like mine, not sure what that is about

markbraggs 2025-03-01 05:22

No buyers remorse. Just temptation. Just like my iPhone 15 Pro. It’s perfectly fine. But a new shiny one will be coming out soon. Doesn’t make sense to upgrade that either though when the one I have is perfectly fine.
