unlit from a distance the real kind of reminds me of the current Prius. overall I think it is an improvement with the front being the weakest part. I actually like how they did the rear light. key for our taste is the rear end isn't over wrought. simple and to the point

I swear this article mentioned a front bumper camera yesterday, but without any images. Can anyone tell from the images if there is a front bumper camera? Thank you for letting me know. I have now been able to rearrange my schedule for the day to allow time for me to fully process this new information.

The rear lightbar looks like a number of different vehicles, including the R1S, and the front looks like the Hyundai Kona. Neither are a “new kind of take,” and neither look particularly better than the original, in my opinion.

Agree, every vehicles light bars look like every other vehicles light bars, you can make headlights and taillights look sleek and unique (which is what Tesla has generally done), but light bars are a generic touch.

where does the rear license plate go? on the big white area or the black bumper?

I'm just gonna have to see this new glacier blue in person, aren't I? Because with every new photo of it I see I go back and forth loving and hating it.

Are you me? I feel exactly the same. I like the front, but flip flop on hating/like the rear every time I see a different picture.

I think the front light bars may be required to enable active matrix headlights in the US and other countries so that drivers on the other side of the road are able to see your vehicle, useful if they're making or preparing to make a left turn in front of you on an undivided highway for example.

Man the front light bar is so bad. If you're going to have it at least make it one piece rather than having noticeable gaps in between each section.

“The new light bar gives it a more aggressive look” Oh my god I’m so sick of reading, in every single car review for the past 10 years, how every new design looks “more aggressive.” Headlights are down to barely a sliver of evilly peering eyes. How much more aggressive can they be made to look? Cars in 5 years will be just a massive clenched fist with extended middle finger, driving down the road.

I agree, although I'm biased as I bought my MYP last March. I prefer the original design.

I’ve got a Model 3, so no horse in the race really. I’m sure the new design will grow on people as we start seeing em on the road.
