Can standard music system (9 speakers)be upgraded to premium system (15 speakers + 1 sub) in MYJ

Is there a way to upgrade the standard music system in MYJ? I have the RWD model which has only 9 speakers and no sub woofer (outside US). I am ok to buy additional speakers and woofer from the Tesla parts website. Is this even possible and has someone done it themselves?
