Lowering springs or coil overs

Have a 2019 model 3 Long range AWD. Looking to get it lowered here soon, just wanting some feedback, what does everyone have? Coil overs or lowering springs? What are some pros and cons to both. Pictures showing would be wonderful! Thank you!

I went with coilovers for my M3, you can adjust height to your liking. Fancier coilovers let you adjust damping and rebound too. Lowering springs is just one height forever.
