It should’ve come with 2 key cards

Whoever handed the car to you at the Tesla store should have given you two key cards, then walked you through setting up your phone key and gone through the basic features with you. Did they not do that?

Just got mine yesterday. It’s supposed to come with 2 key cards. Mine were in a white cardboard envelope with the fancier black cardboard keycard holder. Look in your lock settings to see if you have any programmed to your car. You should have gotten 2 of them.

They did the basic walkthrough, phone setup, and drive but they seemed new and did not explicitly give me my key cards. Searched all around the car again and do not see them. I'll have to go back and get them or make them send them to me.

Tesla has stopped giving physical key cards in many. If not most places of delivery. You need to pay $20 to get them.

I picked mine up today and got two cards.

Was it new? My used one came with one used keycard. My new one came with 2 new keycards

I got 2 keycards for my new one a couple weeks ago

You need a card to add other keys. If true, this is crazy

You definitely need them because they are the fail safe if the phone key doesn’t work

Check the trunk and the pocket in the trunk. Mines was there in a small cardboard box with like 3 adapters and a small tire compressor

Plus there are a few settings changes that require a genuine key card, not just a phone.
