Looking for seat "upgrade" ideas for long trip comfort.

Model 3 - 2021 Curious what is out there for aftermarket seats that might be a big upgrade in comfort. Or if anyone has accessories that have purchased that helped make the long rides more comfy. Also, slightly related. Is it true I can get a "better" suspension installed on my M3? And last. Since I hear that the suspension can start to get worse and worse. What are the signs this is happening? Is it all just mechanical, or does ride quality slowly drop off? Thanks in advance!
