Buying a pre-owned Tesla Model Y

Hey everyone, I’ve been waiting for my vehicle to arrive at the dealership in order for me to schedule the pick up time. I bought a 2023 Model Y, I paid a $500 transportation fee besides the deposit, I know the vehicle comes from a neighbor state (California coming into Arizona). I’ve called customer service and it’s been “on transit” all week. I’ve officially waited 10 days to hear anything back from them with no success. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Yes same thing just happened to us this week with the ‘23 MY we bought from CA and had transported. Estimate was 2-3 weeks, it wound up taking 3.5. Every time we checked or called they just kept saying it was in transit until one day we got a text prompting us to schedule the delivery.
