Door panel not lining up correctly?

This morning I picked up my brand new model y. I did a walk around at the dealership & didn’t notice it. Once I got home & really looked at it the black trim on the door & pillar do not line up well when the door gets closed. The passenger side looks fine. Just the driver side door. Anyone else have a similar issue? I know I have a grace period where I can take it back & show them but where will that get me?

You have three options: 1. Live with it 2. DIY fix 3. Someone else fix (this would potentially be Tesla under warranty or a 3rd party if you choose) If you choose 3 and Tesla, then snap a pic or two clearly showing the issue and open a service ticket in the app. You can communicate with the service team via the app, so use that to request a warranty/courtesy fix.
