Was walking to car after work and saw something hanging from reach drive side wheel area to find this. GIt’s purely plastic and not currently touching the wheel or tire but what could it breadt madeand is it covered underwing warranty (already made appointment but it’s a week away )

Just loosen the 10mm bolt on the plastic , remount correctly and tighten it. Should take no more than 2 minutes
