Thinking about getting a model y... Why now or why what until later?

Hw4 seems great, and the majority of issues reported from the 2023 model y have been addressed with Juniper. My wife and I are thinking about getting the Y, as our first EV. I know incentives have gone down, but so has the price since launch. Is now a good time for the Y, or wait a little more for hw5 vehicles? Nvidia's driverless tech is launching this year with Mercedes, so I'm thinking maybe Tesla might counter with better offers. Edit Title: why wait* My phone's autoswipe failed me.

Juniper just launched, the design is good for another 3 to 4 years at least. HW4 is good enough for self driving really. But if you can wait, then wait. But those years you wait are years you will never get back. Just go and enjoy the car now, it’s great.

I just got my Y Premium AWD , man the FSD is just mind blowing, it can even navigate through construction area, road blocks, orange cones. It's like having a personal uber.

The 0.99% financing is enough reason to buy now. You can finance this car for nearly nothing and make a big dent in it over the next two or so years then decide whether there is something more compelling. I owned a 2022 Y and had no plans to sell but these incentives plus transfer of FSD convinced me to trade and I’m so glad I did.

There’s always a reason to wait for something better to come out. I demo’d the Y today and as a first time Tesla driver I was blown away with it all. Such a nice car, amazing tech and entertainment system is awesome. Car is extremely fast and handles great. Super intuitive and easy to use. Wait another year and there will be 5 more reasons to wait again. Just go for it. Tesla has been around long enough to work out bugs and improve the quality of their vehicles. I think it’s a good time to buy and you’ll love this car!
