Front Bumper damage and no footage

Just noticed I had some front bumper damage to my Model Y performance. I have bulges on the bumper and what looks like a tow hitch receiver marking. I didn’t notice this until about an hour ago and combed through my Tesla USB footage to no avail. How should I proceed? Very surprised my sentry didn’t catch it either :/

I had someone scrape my bumper and there was no footage. All it seems to capture is me looking stupid trying to get my phone close enough for it to let me open the damn door.
