Open the Tesla app and request service. Follow the directions thereafter, you might need to upload a photo of the issue and choose from available appointment times.

I did one mid-December last year. I created a service ticket through the app. There is an option for cracked windshield. I think I uploaded a photo or two. They sent back an estimate of $1500 or so. I accepted the appointment. Day of, dropped the car off. It took ~3 hours or so. Initially, my bill was the estimate of ~$1500. I replied through the app that I had the glass insurance. They sent an updated invoice for $0. Picked up the car and that was that.

lol, what???? and have them learn themselves instead of asking questions that can easily be found out on their app? Nah, some reddit people are too lazy
