does Tesla help resolve issues when using their certified electrician for Tesla level 2 wall charger?

Been reading about a lot of reviews about issues with certain companies not fulfilling permit requirements. They'll do the installation but disappears and stop responding when asking for permits. Will Tesla step in to help correct the situation since it's one of their recommended installers?

No. Tesla isn’t going to track down permits. However, Tesla wall connector support is wonderful. You call them, they answer, can remotely diagnose a problem (assuming you connected the WC to WiFi) and know exactly what to do and will fedex a replacement if there are issues beyond something onsite.
