I feel like force logging you out when you leave would be very easy to do from their side. Logging in is probably harder. But why even log into Spotify in the car and not just use Bluetooth?

I imagine it’s a QR code for login that then expires after the ride

Seeing this reminds me of how there is no Map app on the rear screen in the Y/S. So hopefully we can get an update for that seeing how there is one in the robo taxi

Yeah and logging in with QR doesn’t really take long. They just need to add auto-logout.

The back screen UI could use some work. The pull over option is right next to AC controls. Though id assume the pull over command asks for confirmation.

Answer is it auto populates your profile than once u leave it takes it off.

It’s based from the Tesla app so it populates your profile so it has your YouTube and Apple Music etc

I thought Robo taxis were not supposed to have steering wheels

A smart feature would be to link your music apps in your robotaxi account and get automatic access to the music once you enter the car and reset when your ride is over.

The cybercab will have no steering wheel. For now. The only robotaxis are model Ys

If you're signed into Spotify/YouTube/Etc you will be auto-signed in via your Tesla cloud account when you get into the robotaxi.

You’re thinking of the Cybercab coming next year. These are current Model Y cars that are unmodified from the factory running FSD Unsupervised software.

It is confusing. Robotaxi = the ride sharing service Cybercab = the vehicle with no steering wheel or pedals

Jesus Christ I fucking hate Reddit (the company). I want to look at the picture, not all the crap around your site. When I want to zoom in on it I want to zoom in on the picture, not see a smaller portion of the picture while the site chrome grows larger.

Does anybody have this picture on a site where you can actually look at it? Like where you can zoom in if you want to check out details.
