Enhance S3XY Commander - anyone left it fitted when taking car in to Service Centre?

Anyone have an Enhance S3XY Commander/Knob fitted and left it installed when taking the car to Tesla Service centre for warranty work? Have they said anything? refused to work on car etc?

They don’t care. Just turn on listen only mode so it doesn’t mess with anything if they try to follow the logs.

I left it in. They don't care. I even have the metal aeroshield and they still fix the car.

I pulled mine out recently for service, but if they don’t care… I may put it back. It’s just a pain to install and remove where it is located. I hate messing with the trim…

I have never removed any of my mods when going in for service and I have never had an issue. And I have a LOT of mods and extra stuff in my passenger front footwell.
