Does 2016-2019 Tesla Model S/X has smaller battery failure risk than 2019-2022?

At some point I saw a tesla mechanic saying that 2019-2022 batteries are much more likely to fail. Is this true? Any sources to validate this? I am not worried about degradation much, but I am worried about complete failure. Thanks

Late 2018 to 2020 Raven 100kWh packs has a very high failure rate due to design flaw, thus it does seem that earlier packs are more reliable. 75 and 90 packs might have the highest reliability in terms of what I have seen.

I would try to get a refresh 2021 or newer Model S/X if possible
