Seat stains - new delivery

Hey all, took delivery today and I absolutely love the car. When I got it home I noticed these seat stains in the backseat which probably happened at the factory. Water / microfiber cloth isn’t making an improvement, anything else I should try or are these stained https://imgur.com/a/46KJ73A

There is a narrow window in which you can report these kinds of things to Tesla, I think 24 hours. Report it now. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I wouldn't mess with it until they take a look, you tried normal cleaning, that is plenty

Water isn’t going to remove whatever that is. If you don’t have a dedicated interior cleaner for a vehicle, use your microfiber and some dish soap in the event is an oil based stain. Moving forward, I would get some P&S interior cleaner and a couple ninja scrub pads. It does really well on the vinyl seats.

I use unscented baby wipes on my seats. Works like magic.

I had some minor staining in different areas of my interior. No issues taking it right out with some interior cleaner and micro fiber towel. I would try before reaching out to tesla because it doesn’t look permanent in your photo imo.
