clean
Thanks!
Love the shoes!!
Thank you, me too so far!
thats fckin beautiful
Nice car.
Thank you, I’m really enjoying it so far.
Thanks, I appreciate it. The ultra red color looks so much better in person.
Looks amazing did you lower the car or is this stock ride height?
Thanks, it’s lowered on eibach’s
What’s the et?
+35 square setup, spacers in the rear only.
Looks fantastic. If you post again in the future, be sure to share a rear shot.
Thanks, the wheels are flush. I was just randomly grocery shopping and couldn’t help but stare on the way out. Will do.
With all the 3rd party stuff you have bought for it you could almost buy a stock M3 Performance. But it's a great looking car! The ultra red is such a great color.
Thank you! Sorry for the short novel below but just my thoughts on this because it did cross my mind many times.. The only thing which appealed to me about the performance was the 0-60 and I almost got one but decided it wasn’t worth it for me after driving an older LR with AB. It’s already insanely fast for these old bones. The way I see and have calculated it, I’m still way under the cost of a performance with every mod I did and trust me, if I did have a P, it would have almost certainly received the same treatment which would push cost out much further. (Aero, wheels, suspension and electronic stuff at the very least which was the only really costly stuff.) Another thing was that I wanted the silver calipers over the red. I think the red calipers with the ultra red paint don’t look as good but that’s just a subjective preference of mine. I think they look great on every other color model 3. I may powder coat mine ultra red or a different tone silver in the future. Same with my seat preference... I absolutely love the logos on the performance but didn’t like the stiffness of the bolsters paired with 20’s over the LR. Aesthetics aside, insurance over the long term is much lower for the LR also. The range is better (atleast on my current wheel spec over oem P wheels) which I appreciate from time to time. All done and sorry for the rant!
He’s actually smart for not getting the performance and putting that money where he wanted. While maintaining the same if not more range than the performance.
Best Model 3 I’ve seen. So inspiring 🥲 Did you lower it? If you did how low did you lower the car?
Did you dropped it?
Appreciate that, it’s lowered on Eibach springs which balances the awkward angle the LR AWD suffers from the factory. I can’t recall the drop measurement now but think it’s 1.9 in the rear and 1.5 in the front. I’ll revert once I figure it out.
Yes I did, using Eibach springs. One of my first mods, which historically for me, has been the same thing I do initially on other cars. IMO just this update alone makes this and any car so much better without much else needed.
Are you worried about scrapping or getting skit plates for the battery underneath? 1.5 inch drop isn’t bad but the lip lowers the car a bit more. I was just thinking about body kit for my M3. But I’m just worried about clearance issues.
Nice stance on that
legit!
You’re right to worry but shouldn’t so much about the skid plates protecting the battery unless you’re going off road. A drop like this won’t have much or any impact with normal street driving with regard to the battery protection. The highland has a hard plastic cover as compared to the older models which used fabric of some kind. To be pro active, you can consider getting an aluminum or metal cover but I highly doubt it will ever get damaged over time. Now regarding the aero, I will admit that this body kit is a bit too aggressive in front on an already long nosed car and has the potential to scrape. I took some measurements and it’s nearly 4 inches of clearance at the black portion but sits lower at the corners of the nose where there is risk. What this means, is that you will scrape at some point. Am I worried about that, not at all, because it’s just a little polyurethane and won’t be visible. That said, there may be alternative front lips that are less aggressive if you are worried but don’t let that steer you away from using just lowering springs. These are a great addition to the car regardless.
I have a long range too. I think its quick enough. Sometimes I have an urge to buy a plaid but its always about money 😆
Haha I know the feeling
she looks so sick!!!!!!
How does it ride?? Rough?
Stunning
The comfort is the same as oem before and after suspension updates. It’s also the same after the wheel upgrade. In terms of handling, it’s improved after suspension upgrades and further improved with the new wheels over stock.
Looks clean as hell
What did that do to the comfortability?
Nothing , feels exactly the same just like on most cars I’ve used just springs with.
Gorgeous
Performance and long range have same battery. I just put 18s on my performance because the ride on 20s sucked.
Looks clean, man! I'm running the same wheels, same spec, but 265/35 tires. Had 275/35, but that was pushing it. Wide stance was mean though!
Thank you for the kind words and engagement. I’d love to see a picture if you don’t mind! I was trying to stay as close to OEM overall wheel diameter as possible which this setup provided and I have no regrets. What suspension are you running?
Do you sell the old ones???
What other mods did u put? I love it
Looks so bad lmao. Car guys are so cringe
Show me more
I usually lower everything I own. I definitely want to get rid of the wheel gap on the y that I have.
I’ve seen it done. While I wouldn’t lower any SUV personally, some people do it for styling.
Thanks. Minor things apart from what you see here already. (Eg: power frunk, s3xy tools, protective interior mods, etc..)
I did , and because I chose a less expensive after market wheel for this car, I recovered more than 50% of my investment on the new parts. So far I’m really glad I decided to give them a try.
What about car girls?
Super clean.
Ballpark how much do you think you spent in mods to make it to this point? Could be on a magazine how clean it is
Close to 5K.
Thats not bad at all. Damn.

I figured 0.6\~0.7" was enough of a drop. I'm too scared to lower anymore and scrape the battery, lol. This is the 275/35 stance. If I can find time today, I'll upload 265/35. Or, follow my Instagram! @ milesmorales\_m3lr
I’m not too familiar with the pre highland configurations/options available but it looks good! Even on both sides and low enough to me also since you’re running thicker tires. Thanks for sharing.
I love how this looks! Do you mind sharing the link to the front bumper?
Are you scraping on speed bumps at that ride height? I ask because I’m on h&r’s and scraping daily lmao. 😜
I haven’t scraped yet but I’m sure it’s bound to happen though not on speed bumps, vs sharp angles on hills.
Just search Yofer design for model 3. You will need to find someone shipping from over seas.
Looks great!
I think it just needs coils and a nicer set of wheels. No need for all the extra ground effect stuff.
Coils aren’t nearly as comfortable, I’ve used many of the top companies in the past. I like the look of these wheels but that’s certainly subjective, which do you prefer for the model 3?
